We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven

Civil Project Manager/Estimator

to oversee the planning, management, and estimation of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, cost estimation, and leadership to ensure the successful completion of projects while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Project Manager

- Plan, schedule, and oversee civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to define project requirements and objectives.

- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues promptly.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Cost Estimator

- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.

- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine scope and requirements.

- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

Leadership & Communication

- Lead project teams and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and changes.

- Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and updates to stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
