RESPONSIBILITIES

- Invoicing Customers

- Paying Invoices from Suppliers

- Dealing with Existing Customers

- Communicating with Customers: Emails and phone calls

- Miscellaneous Emails and Starred Emails

- Communicating with Installation Department

- Meetings

- Other Duties

- Projects for improved efficiencies

- Plan for the week

- Subcontract Coordination Work

- Helping with Designs

- Helping fill customer contracts and cashflows

REQUIREMENTS

- Comfortability being a Self Manager

- Proficient in Excel and Word

- Must have excellent customer service skills.

- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.

- Contribution to Company Culture and Company Image
