The Project Manager is responsible for the following at a minimum:
- Being the sole source of contact with the Customer’s Representative(s), the Sub-Contractor’s Representative(s), and the Detailer’s Representative(s).
- Shall coordinate with the Accounting Manager to send Purchase Orders to each project Subcontractor.
- Sequencing and scheduling the delivery of all the material, and labor if applicable, to the job site to meet our customer’s erection schedule.
- Resolving contract document / shop drawing related issues from all sources throughout the duration of the project.
- Inputting KISS files or shop drawing bill of materials into Power Fab (Fab Suite) for fabrication.
- Working closely with both Purchasing and the Operations Manager throughout the duration of the project to ensure that materials are bought and fabricated in a timely manner to meet the ever-changing construction schedule needs of our customer.
- Coordinates the resolution of any fabrication issues that might arise that may affect erection with the General Contractor, the Erector, and other Sub-Contractors.
- Coordinates potential revisions to the Customer Order, Schedules, and Requests for Information (RFI) from the General Contractor, Structural Engineer, Architect, and Sub-Contractors.
- Resolving any quality or technical issues that might arise at the job site throughout the duration of the project.
- Tracking all Bohling Steel submittals/transmittals and/or Subcontractor submittals/transmittals for approval in the project specific Submittals Log.

- Ability to ensure compliance to applicable laws, guidelines, policies, procedures, and practices.
- Strong communication skills.
- College Degree required.
- Project Management experience: 3-5 Years
- Project Management in the Construction Industry preferred.
