Project Geologist (P.Geo.)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Brixton Metals Corporation is a publicly traded (TSXV: BBB) (OCTQB: BBBXF), Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the advancement of its copper-gold-silver exploration projects. Brixton is advancing two of its exploration projects in BC and Ontario.

We are looking for a talented, skilled individual to join our team. This position of Project Geologist (Full time), located in Ontario, will initially focus on our Langis Project. It offers an excellent opportunity for career growth for the right professional.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of the Project Geologist include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Integrating and interpreting all geological/geochemical/geophysical data to assist with database management and map/section creation for reports, presentations, news releases, and website;

- Participating in drill hole planning;

- Drive resource growth to NI-43-101;

- Collaborating with team members on target generation and ranking exploration priorities;

- Collaborating with team members to assist with data management requirements across various projects;

- Manage and oversee core logging procedures including data collection, analyzing and interpreting drill core, collecting photographs, QAQC sampling protocols, and sample submissions;

- Generating computerized maps and 3D models;

- Preparing/writing internal and external reports, including assessment reports;

- Training and overseeing junior level geologists, technicians, and core loggers;

- Managing a project budget; and

- Demonstrate awareness and commitment to health, safety, community and environmental protection in keeping with Company goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Minimum 8+ years of experience (including 3-5 years as a P.Geo.).

- Professional registration with P.Geo. designation (PGO).

- Eligible to work in Canada at the time of application.

- B.Sc. Degree in Geological Sciences or equivalent.

- Experience with QGIS, Leapfrog, and Microsoft software.

- Valid driver’s license.

- Cooperative with a strong ability to mentor.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Work location: Ontario and field work locations.

- Rotational schedule during the field season is required.

- Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs throughout a work shift.
