The role of a Project Coordinator is to perform project planning, analysis, communications, scheduling, recordkeeping, and construction coordination to support our client with utility-scale energy projects. This role requires you to work directly in our client offices on a Monday - Thursday 0600 to 1430 schedule (30-minute lunch break) alongside a diverse team of technical and construction professionals.
To be considered for this position, a candidate must demonstrate experience in project management, technical work, or the construction industry. Success in this position requires the ability to learn, research, think critically, operate within established processes and build relationships.
- Track and coordinate project schedules, progress reports and key milestones.
- Maintain and update project documents, including checklists, permits, construction documents, etc.
- Analize project related information to provide summaries, complete reports or make recommendations.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Perform field surveys, site visits, and inspections.
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and communicate action items following meetings.
- Assist with preparing budgets, project forecasts, invoicing, and reports.
- Perform quality control activities.
- Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the United States
- Relevant work history with demonstrated communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Software such as Word, Excel, and Teams
- This position works out of our client’s office in Henderson, LV and requires local travel for meetings and site visits.
