About the Role:

As a Production Supervisor with Tremron you are responsible for:

- Being Adaptable to the Needs of the Day

- Delegating Tasks to Your Teams

- Overseeing Yard activities (shipping and receiving, forklift driver operations)

- Responsible for yard security (products and equipment)

- Training Team Members on How to Use Equipment and Safety Guidelines

- Reporting Any Safety Incidents/Lack of Cooperation to Management

- Detecting Defects in Machinery (forklifts and front-end loader)

- Oversee equipment upkeep, daily inspections and take necessary actions to keep fleet operational.

- Meeting Quality Control Standards

- Determining Hiring, Firing, and Disciplinary Needs with Management
