SUMMARY: The Production Supervisor oversees and manages day-to-day activities, ensuring that machinery and operators are set up, working per production processes, following safety guidelines, and maintaining company quality standards.
· Inputs Production Data and Throughput Records daily
· Weighs, measures, and verifies customer materials and balance processing from each machine.
· Stages Grading and Prepping station / Shear Machine /Ball Mill operators with customer material.
· Provides operators with PPE and ensure they follow safety checklists.
· Monitors equipment key performance indicators verifying equipment parameters.
· Maintains daily inspection of Scales and Forklifts.
· Confirms pictures of contracts are recorded at Receiving, Shipping, Shears, and Ball Mills, as needed.
· Leads Shipping/Receiving tasks in timely and organized manner.
· Maintains Bag Inventory, Drum Inventory, Pallet Inventory to support production.
· Communicates and report shift production status and issues with all departments within the organization.
· Stages and prepares for next shift production at each machine.
· Cleans and maintains orderly warehouse and outside storage.
· Assists Production Manager in providing new-hire and on-going training to Machine Operators
· Ensures operators are following equipment production and safety procedures.
· Reports on time, attendance, and any time clock issues.
- Directly supervises 7+ employees within the Production department.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

· Managing employee’s timecards and requests in a timely and accurate manner.

- High School Diploma, general education degree (GED), Vocational School, or equivalent experience in a Warehouse Position is preferred.
