We are seeking a highly organized leader who practices Servant Leadership—someone who leads by example, takes full ownership of their department’s results, and possesses the technical aptitude to manage complex systems and the physical drive to "jump in" on the floor when the mission requires it.

- Lead by Example: Maintain a hands-on presence. You are expected to jump in on the production line or assist with manual tasks to meet deadlines, cover gaps, or troubleshoot equipment.
- Inter-Departmental Liaison: Act as the bridge between production and support departments. Confer regularly with Engineering to troubleshoot design specs/blueprints and with Purchasing to ensure raw material availability aligns with production schedules.
- Peer Synchronization: Coordinate daily with supervisors from other work areas and shifts to ensure smooth hand-offs, shared resource allocation, and consistency in policy enforcement across the plant.
- System Stewardship (ERP & Payroll): Maintain daily integrity of the ERP system to track production data and the Payroll/Timekeeping system to ensure labor hours are accurate and compliant.
- Professional Communication: Manage information flow via email and internal reports. You must be able to translate complex production data into clear, professional updates for your team and senior management.
- Accountability: Take full ownership of shift output, quality rates, and safety metrics. When targets are missed, identify the root cause and implement the solution.
- Manufacturing Knowledge: Deep understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Technical Proficiency: Proven experience using ERP systems and Payroll software is required. Must be comfortable reading and interpreting blueprints and job orders.
- Digital Literacy: High competence with MS Office (Excel/Outlook) and professional email etiquette.
- Core Skills: Strong active listening, critical thinking, and the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment. - Education: High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelors in Business Administration is a plus.- Mobility: Ability to stand and walk throughout a high-activity manufacturing floor for 10+ hours.
- Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently to assist the team.
- Vision: Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and inspect products for defects.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work extended shifts and weekends as production volume demands.
