Production Supervisor

We are currently hiring in our Virginia Beach, VA location which produces Horizontal Drive Mechanisms, an auto part responsible for your car seats’ movement. You will be responsible for:

- Responsible for personnel in the production area (Scheduling of personnel, training and performance reviews)

- Responsible for Machinery in production area (Setup, Maintenance, Troubleshooting and spare parts)

- Responsible for Material in production area ( incoming inspection of raw material, Quality inspections and SPC)

- Responsible for the production of parts and finished products

- Oversees all machinery, personnel and housekeeping in the production area assigned

- Ensures that the physical properties of manufactured parts meet the specifications

- Monitors the condition of the plant machinery and parts that they produce

- Participation in APQP activities

Skills and Experience:

- Three to five years experience in a mass production environment

- Experience with TS16949

- Manufacturing experience (i.e. injection molding, metal processing, assembly, machining, etc.)

Personal Characteristics:

- Excellent communication skills at all levels

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
