As a Print Press Operator, you’ll take ownership of press setup, operation, and quality throughout the run; not just assisting, but leading the process. You’ll be trusted to make adjustments, troubleshoot issues, and keep production moving while maintaining the standards our work is known for.

- Independently set up, operate, and adjust print and decoration equipment
- Run screen-printing-style press processes from setup through completion
- Interpret job specs, layouts, and work orders to ensure accurate execution
- Monitor press runs and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and consistency
- Perform detailed quality inspections and address issues before products move forward
- Troubleshoot equipment or process issues to minimize downtime and rework
- Package and prepare finished products for next production steps
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area
- Assist with materials handling and inventory tracking
- Provide guidance and support to Print Press Operator Assistants as needed
- Safely lift and move materials up to 40 lbs
You’ll work with a high level of independence while collaborating closely with production leadership to meet daily goals.
- Print press and screen-printing process execution
- Precision setup, alignment, and quality control
- Equipment adjustment and basic troubleshooting
- Production workflow management and efficiency
- Attention to detail under production timelines
- Prior experience in print production, screen printing, or press operation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort adjusting equipment
- High attention to detail and ownership of quality
- Ability to work independently and meet production goals
- Reliability, consistency, and pride in craftsmanship
- Pre-press or artwork setup experience
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar tools
- Experience mentoring or supporting less experienced operators
- Higher earning potential tied to skill level, performance, and responsibility
