What You’ll Be Doing

- Assist with setup and operation of print and decoration equipment

- Support screen-printing-style processes including layout prep, loading, and press runs

- Adjust machine settings to meet quality and production standards

- Perform detailed quality checks to ensure clean, accurate results

- Package and prepare finished products for next steps

- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production area

- Assist with materials handling and inventory support

- Safely lift and move materials up to 40 lbs

You’ll work alongside experienced operators and learn processes that translate directly to long-term print and manufacturing careers.

Skills You’ll Build

- Print press and screen-printing fundamentals

- Precision setup, alignment, and quality control

- Production workflow and efficiency best practices

- Equipment operation skills transferable across print and manufacturing environments

What We’re Looking For

- Interest in print production, screen printing, or hands-on manufacturing

- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment

- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

- Reliability and ability to meet production goals

- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow

Nice to Have (Not Required):

- Screen printing, press operation, or decoration experience

- Pre-press or artwork setup exposure

- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar tools
