The Plant Administrator is a high-impact role that keeps our Casper facility running. Inventory & Parts Management

- Manage the full lifecycle of parts and shop inventory: ordering, receiving, tracking, and auditing.

- Maintain data integrity in our ERP system (SAP experience is a major asset).

- Coordinate with the shop team to ensure parts are available for upcoming projects and minimize downtime.

- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with digital records.

Bookkeeping & Financial Admin

- Assist with accounting tasks including AP/AR data entry, invoice processing, and expense report management.

- Act as the local point of contact for the corporate accounting team to resolve billing or vendor discrepancies.

- Manage petty cash and local purchasing cards in compliance with company policies.

HR & Personnel Support

- Facilitate local onboarding for new hires, including IT coordination, workspace setup, and document collection.

- Maintain confidential employee files and serve as a local liaison for HR-related inquiries.

- Ensure all local safety documentation and compliance materials are up-to-date and organized.

General Operations & Facility Admin

- Oversee daily office operations: mail handling, supply procurement, and vendor coordination (janitorial, utilities, etc.).

- Support local leadership with meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and internal reporting.

- Identify and implement process improvements to make Casper operations more efficient.
