Duties

- Lead and motivate plant personnel to achieve production goals, uphold safety protocols, and maintain high-quality standards.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.

- Oversee daily operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry standards.

Requirements

- Proven experience in leadership or plant management roles within a fast-paced environment.

- Strong knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams effectively.

- Ability to analyze data, solve problems proactively, and make informed decisions quickly.

- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them successfully.

- Relevant experience in a wash plant/dry plant setting is preferred
