The Outside Sales Representative will sell products and services offered by the company to current and new clientele.
- Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers to alert them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
- Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
- Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
- Additional duties as assigned

- At least five years of related experience required.
