Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, generating leads in-store, and driving sales through proactive outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a fast paced environment, always willing to learn and ultimately working to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Presentations: Presenting the key features and benefits of our client’s products.

- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers in-store.

- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and achieve company goals in-person.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Self-motivated with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
