What You’ll Do

- Present solar, HVAC, roofing, windows, and siding solutions to homeowners

- Build trust through a consultative, professional sales process

- Close sales from company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities

- Deliver exceptional customer service from first call to final install

- Option to recruit, train, and lead your own sales team as you grow

What We’re Looking For

- Proven track record in outside sales (home improvement experience strongly preferred)

- Professional communicator + strong closer

- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership ambition

- Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including evenings/weekends when needed

- Reliable transportation and ability to cover a 75-mile radius around Roseville
