Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, be results driven and possess strong negotiation skills. You will be responsible for driving business growth through acquiring new customer services while building lasting relationships with customers. You will leverage your expertise in sales and account management to identify new opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.
This position is fulltime Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, located IN OFFICE at 1111 E Dowling Rd, Anchorage AK and ON THE GO serving Anchorage, Eagle River, Chugiak, Birchwood & Peters Creek.
Compensation is salary (DOE) + commission + goal based bonus program with mileage reimbursed & matching 401K plan. Must have reliable transportation.
· Report to Director of Consumer Operations (Sales Manager)
· Develop a fluent knowledge of service offerings to effectively promote/sell new services to customers & prospects
· Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calling and networking, to identify potential clients.
· Identify & connect with potential customers through in person meetings, phone calls, text, email & social media
· Perform customer needs analysis to ensure customer needs are met in the most cost efficient way
· Provide price quote proposals for prospective customers for new residential & commercial services
· Understand the competitive landscape & how to overcome competitive objections
· Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
· Prepare service agreements & review terms & conditions w/ new customers for closed sales & service setup
· Build/maintain key customer relationships with regular follow ups and account management
· Assist w/ customer retention by expediting the resolution of customer problems/complaints to maximize satisfaction
· Assist w/ quality control on new deliveries
· Analyze the service areas to determine market potential & target service areas needing growth
· Build/manage personal pipeline & provide TPS reports, sales projections & status updates weekly
· Build rapport with team & effectively communicate on upcoming sales & customer service need
· Proven experience in outside sales, business development and/or a strong entrepreneurial mindset
· Strong understanding of territory management and direct sales techniques is a plus
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
· Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
· Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
· Ability to conduct service proposals and articulate information clearly
· Experience in sales or related fields is highly desirable
· A proactive approach to lead generation and account management
