We want a true self-starter—someone who doesn’t wait for the phone to ring, but gets out there and makes things happen. If you have hands-on experience with rental equipment and a solid network of industry contacts, you’re already ahead of the game. You’re energized by meeting new people, building relationships, and closing deals.What You’ll Do:

- Own your territory: actively prospect, engage, and win new business

- Grow and maintain relationships with current clients—always looking for upsell and cross-sell opportunities

- Promote Expedition Rentals’ full range of products and services with integrity and professionalism

- Gather competitive intel and market insights to keep us ahead

- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets—no excuses

- Prepare and deliver compelling quotes and presentations

- Keep all account info, activities, and opportunities up to date in our CRM

What You Bring:

- Proven “hunter” mentality—you’re driven, persistent, and never afraid to knock on doors or pick up the phone

- A track record of exceeding sales goals in a B2B environment

- Strong equipment knowledge (construction, ATV, industrial rentals preferred)

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and accounts

- Positive attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to go the extra mile—no task too small

- Team player who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment

Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle

- Tech savvy—comfortable with CRM, email, and mobile tools

- 3–5 years of successful sales experience (equipment/rental industry is an asset)

- Construction Equipment Knowledge and application use.

Compensation:

- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
