Key Responsibilities Account Management & Growth: Call on and meet with
prospective and existing customers to promote MRO products and
solutions, including maintenance supplies, tools, safety equipment, and
other industrial consumables. Identify customer needs and provide
consultative solutions to support their maintenance and operational
requirements. Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to
ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Upsell and cross-sell
products to maximize account potential. Develop new contacts and
opportunities within assigned accounts to gainshare of wallet through
category expansion Territory Planning & Lead Generation: Prospect within
assigned region to generate and qualify new leads. Utilize various
channels such as networking, industry events, and referrals to expand
reach. Plan and execute territory coverage efficiently to optimize sales
opportunities. Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about
industry trends, competitive landscape, and product innovations. Provide
feedback to management on market conditions and customer preferences.
Competencies and skills 3-5 years of outside sales experience within the
MRO or industrial supplies industry preferred. Familiarity with
maintenance, repair, and operations products and the needs of
manufacturing or facility management. Proven success in B2B sales with a
strong customer-focused approach. Exceptional communication,
presentation, and negotiation skills. Excellent time management and
territory planning abilities. Proficiency with CRM software and MS
