We’re hiring an Inside Sales Manager
to step into a true leadership role — backfilling a senior leader who is moving into a Director position. This role carries real authority, responsibility, and influence.
This is not a maintenance role. It’s a leadership seat.

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and holding accountable a team of inside sales professionals in a high-volume, technically complex fastener environment. You will partner closely with executive leadership to drive revenue growth, operational consistency, and cultural stability during a period of intentional evolution.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the inside sales team with clear expectations, consistent accountability, and professional standards
- Drive revenue growth through disciplined execution, quoting accuracy, follow-up rigor, and customer responsiveness
- Develop and implement training programs focused on fastener product knowledge, technical quoting, and customer engagement
- Maintain hands-on involvement with key and complex accounts, supporting negotiations and problem resolution
- Establish and monitor KPIs, using data to guide decisions and continuous improvement
- Partner with executive leadership to align sales execution with company growth initiatives and operational priorities
- Lead the team through periods of change with steadiness, transparency, and confidence
- Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and professionalism within the sales bullpen
