As the Inside Sales Manager, you will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, build and maintain customer relationships, support sales growth by solutioning tools and communication within the business system, and collaborate with all fulfillment departments to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
· Point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
· Build and maintain a strong, long-lasting customer relationship
· Understand customer needs, offer solutions to meet them, and effectively communicate these needs to production and logistics.
· Coordinate order entry with production scheduler and ensure timely and accurate completion for customer orders
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 2 – 3 years sales or business operations experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
This individual reports to the Vice President and works closely with a variety of departments throughout the company.
This position has minimal travel and is based in Sparrows Point, MD.
