Utility Technologies International (UTI) was established in 1992 to provide management, engineering, design, construction, operations, maintenance, and training services to the natural gas industry. UTI is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Operations Coordinator position. The primary focus of this position is to provide project assistance to UTI Operations Management. The selected candidate will be required to perform the job functions necessary to keep our clients in compliance with the regulations and requirements associated with 49 CFR Part 192. UTI Operations Management, including this position, also serves all other departments within the company with various tasks.
The position will report to UTI’s corporate office in Groveport, Ohio. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
· Review and organize pre and post project documentation including developing draft project reports.
· Develop and format project completion reports as required by customers.
· Complete annual compliance reporting as required by customers.
· Format and maintain customer related Plans and Manuals.
· Create projects within company project management software.
· Associate’s degree in related field of study or equivalent work experience
· Two years of experience in a related field
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
· Ability to effectively communicate scope of work and project related updates with UTI’s clients and contractors.
· Knowledge of file management and other administrative procedures
· Ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously without compromising quality of work or safety
· Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screening and background check
· Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
· Working knowledge and experience with 49 CFR Parts 192
