- Oversee daily operational activities across three facilities to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company standards
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and support team members by providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback
- Coordinate with various departments to align goals, streamline processes, and resolve operational issues promptly
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Manage resource allocation and inventory control to meet organizational demands
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards at all times
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey expectations and foster teamwork across diverse groups
- An analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and performance metrics interpretation
- Demonstrate ability to lead teams with energy, enthusiasm, and a solutions-oriented approach
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety protocols
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred, but not required; relevant experience may substitute for formal education
