You’ll oversee operations while driving business growth, combining field operations, team leadership, and client development within our industrial safety and rescue services.
- Manage daily field projects, including rescue, safety staffing, and fire watch
- Proactively build and grow client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and continuously improve operational efficiency
- Lead, coach, and develop field teams
- Provide technical guidance on confined space and rescue operations
- Develop proposals and actively contribute to sales growth
- Partner with leadership to support strategic expansion initiatives

Industrial experience is a strong plus, especially for field involvement.
- Base salary starting at $80,000
- Commission and sales-based incentives tied to performance and business growth
- Opportunity for increased earnings based on results and contribution- 5+ years of experience in industrial safety, rescue, or a related field (or transferable experience with strong initiative and leadership) - 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Experience in client-facing roles or sales
- Strong knowledge of confined space or technical rescue is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
- Willingness to travel (~50%)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Field-based across client sites and offices
- Exposure to industrial settings and varying weather conditions
