- Repackaging and shipping high-value jewelry (FedEx/UPS/USPS).
- Tracking parcels and maintaining shipping logs.
- Receiving parcels and updating Excel/QuickBooks records.
- Organizing office supplies and inventory.
- Entering invoices, receipts, and expenses into bookkeeping software.
- Experience in admin, shipping, or office support.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge (QuickBooks, Xero, or Excel).
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable.
- Clear English communication skills.
- $18–$24/hr depending on experience.
- Part-time schedule (20–25 hrs/week).
