Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator/office adminitrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the logistical operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the supply chain and documentation maintainace.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate transportation, including tracking shipments and managing logistics documentation

- Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routes and schedules

- Oversee warehouse distribution activities, including order picking and shipping receiving

- Procure necessary materials and supplies for operations

- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for process improvement

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline logistics processes

- Utilize relevant software systems effectively

Skills

- Proficiency in International transportation logistics processes and knowledges

- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)

- Strong ability to procure materials efficiently

- Understanding of international transportation, trading and warehouse distribution operations

- Data analysis skills to drive informed decisions

- Experience with Internatioanl transprotation, such sea containers, air shipments.

- Ability to implement process improvement initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37,216.50-$69,709.47 per year
