Responsibilities include providing support to the production and sales teams, as well as office management. Additional clerical functions as assigned to ensure efficient operation of the office.

· Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions
· Print invoices and input into production software
· Maintain filing system and locate required files
· Assist with processing documentation for release to the shop floor, as needed
· Manage shipping to customers via UPS and FEDEX
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Primarily an office position. However, overall environment is a sheet metal fabrication shop. Worker could be subject to high noise levels and exposed to heavy machinery. Worker may be exposed to dust, fumes, and airborne particles. Sheet metal can cause cuts and lacerations. Metal is highly conductive of thermal energy. Burns are possible when metal is exposed to open flames or a heat source. Inhaling sheet metal dust can increase the chances of respiratory illness. Exposure to oil and grease is possible. Machinery such as turrets, lasers, press brakes, shears, saws, and mills can cause bodily harm in the event of improper operation or malfunction.
