- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with recruiting and onboarding hourly employees preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- This position requires the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship or immigration restrictions.
- Any other responsibilities deemed necessary by the leadership team.
- Providing administrative support to floor supervisors, managers, HR, and the Plant Manager.
- Preparing daily and weekly reports for leadership, including data for morning production meetings.
- Coordinating with the temporary staffing agency to manage hourly workforce needs.
- Supporting hourly recruiting efforts, including job postings, applicant tracking, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Assisting with new hire orientation for hourly employees.
- Performing light purchasing tasks, such as ordering supplies and tracking deliveries.
- Handling HR administrative tasks including filing, recordkeeping, and document preparation.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee and operational records.
- Assisting with special projects and audits as needed.
- Communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

- Typical Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
