- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks Online.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with ordering supplies when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects as required.
- Previous office experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications is essential.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly; familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience handling clerical duties such as filing, typing, and data entry is required.
