Office Assistant

J4 Oilfield Service is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to conduct company credit card transaction reconciliation. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring company policy compliance, and identifying potential discrepancies or fraudulent activities.

Job duties would include but not limited to the following:

- Reconcile company credit card statements

- Review and verify credit card statements for accuracy and company policy compliance

- Ensure proper categorization and documentation of all transactions with supporting receipts.

- Maintain accurate records of all reconciliation activities and supporting documents

- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets for company health insurance

- Answering phones & directing calls

- Invoicing

- Pulling bills and remittances for accounts payable and receivables.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

- Data Entry (must be able to type 50 -70 WPM) we are a fast-paced office

- Employee must be proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on QuickBooks and Excel.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills
