Summary
The Office Coordinator/HR Assistant provides office support by performing various tasks and services for the Office Director and the HR department. This position collaborates with various management levels on projects that contribute to the team's success. This role uses discipline-specific knowledge, skills, and abilities to assist with multiple projects, presentations, and business improvement opportunities. This position performs other career-related responsibilities as assigned. This fast-paced position ensures the team's day-to-day operations run efficiently and effectively.

This position works in an office environment, requiring extended periods of sitting.
Position type, travel, and expected hours of work
This is a full-time office position. Occasional day and overnight travel is required. Typical hours will range from 45 to 50 per week and are subject to change. Due to the critical nature of the role, accepting phone calls even during non-typical workdays and hours is also necessary.
