As an Office Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing the financial transactions related to collecting payments from our company’s customers. Your responsibilities will include managing invoices, handling missed payments, and working with the Reconstruction department to streamline and accelerate the payment process.
This is a full-time position. The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
