We are a progressive, cloud-based, high-end Landscape Management Company. We are continuing our growth and searching for a candidate who has previous experience and is seeking the opportunity to be a part of our long-term Team.
Our clients are high net worth individuals and/or they live in communities that maintain stringent landscape management standards. This is not your "normal" Landscape Company. We are professionals, highly educated and we treat our clients with white-glove service and understand and appreciate that they pay a premium for our services.
Essential Duties Include (but are not limited to):
•Oversee and support landscape operations staff and ensure smooth daily functions.
•Handle client communications, manage inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, email, and CRM (ASPIRE).
•Maintain accurate records, data entry, and cloud-based filing across platforms (Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive).
•Order and manage office supplies, PPE, and company uniforms inventory.
•Provide training and maintain SOPs, especially for company software (ASPIRE).
•Support operations with CRM updates, asset tracking, and reporting; assist with errands and shop/irrigation tasks.
•Assist the president with administrative projects, contract organization, and internal communications.
•Support HR functions including payroll backup, onboarding assistance, and documentation for field staff.
•Manage basic IT tasks, including phone/internet issues and device inventory.
Requirements:
•Minimum of high school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree Preferred)
•Previous experience in a related field (Preferred)
•Knowledge of Basic Office Management Procedures
•Excellent customer service skills
•Excellent skills in both oral and written communications
•Able to communicate on the telephone professionally and courteously.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
•Highly proficient in Microsoft 365, MS Office, Share Point, and G-Suite (QuickBooks Pro or any Accounting Systems experience preferred)
•Ability to rapidly learn Company specific software (ASPIRE) and intercompany communication software (Trello and Microsoft Teams)
•Bilingual-Spanish (A MUST)
