Duties
•Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
•Oversee office management tasks, ensuring all clerical duties are completed accurately and on time.
•Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
•Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
•Assist other managers with task as needed
•Other duties assigned as needed
Skills
•Proficient in front desk operations with excellent customer service abilities.
•Solid understanding of office management principles and practices.
•Exceptional clerical skills with attention to detail in documentation.
•Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
•Familiarity with file management systems for both physical and electronic records.
•Strong vendor management skills to ensure quality service delivery from suppliers.
