Responsibilities:
•Employee Relations: Supporting the HR Manager in responding to employee inquiries, helping resolve minor workplace issues, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures.
•Benefits Administration: Assisting the HR Manager with the administration of health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and serving as a liaison between employees and benefits providers.
•Employee Lifecycle Support: Assisting the HR Manager across all stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding, to ensure a seamless employee experience.
•Records Management: Supporting the HR Manager in maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring legal compliance, and conducting regular audits of HR documentation.
•Clerical and Administrative Task: Providing administrative support to the HR Manager by preparing correspondence, managing filing systems, scheduling meetings, and handling general HR paperwork.
•Data Entry and Reporting: Assisting the HR Manager with entering data into HR systems, maintaining employee records, and generating reports as needed.
•Performance Management: Helping the HR Manager facilitate performance review processes, collect feedback, and support ongoing performance management initiatives.
•Corporate Events: Supporting the HR Manager in planning and executing HR-related events, including benefits enrollment sessions, employee training, and recognition events.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (or related field) or equivalent relevant experience in HR.
•Previous experience with HRIS is preferred, but not required.
•Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
•Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
•A self-starter with a problem solving mindset and ability to work independently.
•Demonstrated ability to work closely with others, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to a positive, team oriented workplace culture.
•Ability to adapt quickly to change and shift priorities based on the company's needs.
•Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
•Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.

•This position is required to work in the Lindon, UT corporate office.
•Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
•This position is for full-time hours Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm.
•Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace).
