We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The Office Assistant will support daily administrative functions and provide exceptional customer service to both internal staff and external clients.
Responsibilities
•Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
•Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
•Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
•Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication.
•Handle office supplies inventory, ordering new supplies as needed.
•Provide support in managing patient records and other sensitive information if working in a medical environment.
•Ensure the office is kept tidy and presentable at all times.
•Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and efficiency.
Skills
•Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
•Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
•Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Familiarity with phone systems and strong phone etiquette for effective communication.
•Strong customer service skills to assist clients with inquiries and concerns.
•Basic office management skills including typing, filing, and data entry.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
