About Us:
We are a small but growing sheet metal fabrication company based in Mississauaga. As we scale, we are looking for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented to help us build and manage our administrative and finance processes. This is a hands-on role that will evolve with the business — perfect for someone looking to grow professionally while contributing meaningfully to company operations.
What You’ll Do:
Admin & Finance Support•Reconcile and organize financial records (training provided).
•Process and follow up on customer invoices.
•Monitor accounting inbox and assist with accounts payable/receivable.
•Help us build out basic finance processes and internal controls.
Operations Coordination
•Respond to customer inquiries on active jobs.
•Collect missing information from purchase orders.
•Communicate internal requests (e.g., expedite orders) to the production team.
•Generate and process POs and close work orders once complete.
•Track and report on weekly metrics.
General Office Administration
•Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
•Support the day-to-day administrative tasks.
•Assist with vendor communications and deliveries.
What We’re Looking For:
•1–2 years of admin, coordination, or office experience (preferred).
•Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
•Comfortable learning on the job and asking good questions.
•Basic understanding of finance or willingness to learn.
•Bonus: experience in a manufacturing environment or working with ERP/accounting systems.
