Duties:
- Subcontractor Management-generating and tracking agreements, insurance coverage and pricing with subcontractors
- Fleet safety - setting up new drivers, communicating to drivers re renewals etc
- Purchasing - safety PPE, office supplies, Company branded items
- Human Resources - handling all potential employee applications, on-boarding new employees, managing OSHA10 card status
- Contract Management - aiding CFO and specifically, obtaining certificates of insurance and tax-exempt certificates for Contractors we work for
- Other - managing Company sponsored events, Company VOIP system
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in small construction office environment is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds independently
- Candidates must have proficiency in using Microsoft 365
