Duties
•Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and office management duties.
•Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
•Maintain and operate phone systems to ensure seamless communication within the office.
•Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, providing assistance and information as needed.
•Perform data entry, filing, and document management to keep records organized and accessible.
•Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
•Support medical reception duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries if applicable.
•Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
•Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and document management.
•Excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
•Proficiency in operating various phone systems to facilitate communication.
•Experience in office management or as a clerk in a professional environment is preferred.
•Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
•Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation and correspondence.
•Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently as well as part of a team.
