Job Overview
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for initial communications with customers and contractors in-person or via electronic communication methods while providing prompt and courteous service. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to, assisting owners in all administrative tasks to improve performance and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with procedures for the company.
Duties
•Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
•Intake customer inquiries regarding jobs, scheduling initial consultation, and providing customer follow-ups as necessary.
•Support members of the management and team members in various roles as necessary.
•Develop and learn estimating skills to provide support for roof estimates.
•Coordinate and scheduling of work orders with staff and subcontractors, to complete maintenance requests in a timely manner.
•Prepare and send invoices for jobs completed.
•Support bookkeeping procedures for the company, create data and records for financial information and other data.
•Receive and track rent or mortgage payments for properties to DECA holdings
•Receive and track supplies receipts from employees and contractors.
•Track and purchase office supplies as necessary.
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs. Bilingual English/Spanish.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
