- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Collaborate with team members to improve and update office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Experience with Quickbooks accounting software.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software, particularly Microsoft 365 and Google.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in filing and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
