•Provide support as a personal assistant to staff members when needed.
•Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure all office operations run smoothly.
•Leverage computer literacy to operate various software programs for office management.
Experience
•Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
•Proficiency in using computer systems for data management and communication is essential.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Experience with proofreading and attention to detail is necessary for maintaining high-quality documentation.
