We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various departments. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.
Duties
•Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
•Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
•Bonus: proficiency in QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing
•Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
•Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
•Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
•Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
•Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
•Previous experience as a front desk or receptionist is advantageous.
