This is a full-time hybrid role for a Northern California Sales position, calling on public power utilities. Our office is located in Petaluma, CA. The right candidate can be located anywhere in the territory. The primary responsibilities include managing and developing customer relationships, promoting products made by the manufacturers we represent to public power utilities, conducting sales presentations and training sessions, and driving overall sales performance in the Northern California region. The role requires interfacing with our manufacturer clients as well as electric utilities, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to deliver effective Training and presentations to educate clients on products and services.
- Knowledge of the Electric Utility Industry is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and responsibilities effectively.
- Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
