Educate: Start real conversations with homeowners about renewable energy options.

Guide: Help customers understand how switching to clean energy benefits their home and community.

Enroll: Walk customers through a seamless, accurate enrollment process — no confusion, no pressure.

Grow: Sharpen your skills daily with ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship.

Achieve: Set goals, hit targets, and celebrate your wins with a supportive, high-energy team.

Lead: Represent Mpower with professionalism, confidence, and purpose while opening the door to leadership opportunities.

Starting Salary: $900 - $1,200 Weekly Earn $35,000.00 - $65,000.00. Weekly Base Salary, Uncapped Commissions & Bonuses

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong communication skills with a confident, positive attitude

- Self-motivated, reliable, and open to learning

- Coachable and growth-minded

- Full-time availability (Mon–Fri, 11 AM – 8 PM)

- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, full training provided
