The Programming You’ll Own

This is a Full-Time, In-House position for a self-sufficient and highly skilled Mastercam CNC Programmer. Using provided CAD models, you will convert/program/post-process toolpaths for CNC manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment—meeting timing, quality, and documentation expectations with minimal supervision.

Technology & Tools You’ll Work With

Experience with the following is a strong plus:

- Mastercam (latest versions) – daily production programming

- Solids-based workflow – confident working directly from 3D models

- SolidWorks – plus

- MATSUURA MAM72-35V – plus (or similar high-end multi-axis platforms)

Technical Requirements

- Mastercam Expertise: Proven ability to program efficiently using current versions of Mastercam.

- Solids Experience: Strong ability to work from CAD models and drive clean, accurate toolpaths.

- Production Mentality: Proven track record in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with minimal supervision.

- Quality & Documentation: Ability to verify, check, and document work to meet shop and customer requirements.

- CNC Programming Knowledge: Solid fundamentals and the ability to generate reliable, repeatable programs.

Professional Requirements

- English speaking is a must

- Strong communication, time management, and accountability

Experience & Education

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- CNC Programming: 3 years (Required)

- CAM Programming: 5 years (Preferred)
