Maintenance Technician

Description:

GasTech Engineering LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our production and fabrication equipment running smoothly and safely. If you’re experienced in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform repairs on hand tools, welding machines, turning rolls, overhead cranes, lift trucks, and other production equipment

- Conduct preventative maintenance and general upkeep of facilities and grounds

- Diagnose electrical issues and recommend repair/replacement parts

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

- Collaborate with team members and demonstrate a positive, reliable attitude

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required

- Experience with electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and control systems

- Welding test required, Higher vocational welding background is preferred.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in non-climate-controlled environments

- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

- ISO 9001 and ASME Code vessel experience preferred but not required

- CDL A is a Plus
