Maintenance Technician

The Amlon Group is a global environmental services and trading company in existence for over 35 years, headquartered in midtown NYC. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to work at our process facility in Longview, Texas. The successful candidate must be able to work well in a team environment. The position reports directly to the maintenance supervisor.

Job Requirements

- This position involves maintaining equipment at a process plant.

- This includes typical light industrial equipment such as conveyors, gearboxes, 3 phase motors, pneumatic cylinders, pumps, blowers, etc.

- Basic knowledge of welding is required.

- A strong mechanical aptitude is required.

- Advancement is available for those with mechanical aptitude and motivation.

- Position will involve some overtime.

- Work schedule may vary.

Physical requirements:

- Working indoors and outdoors (in all weather conditions),

- Standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders,

- Working at heights

- Heavy lifting
