We’re looking for skilled, self-motivated, and quality-driven Maintenance Technicians to join our growing production team at our brand-new Manhattan, KS facility! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair both electrical and mechanical systems. This role requires working on a variety of industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime in our operations.
This first shift position runs Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment, including electrical and combustion motors.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, with a strong emphasis on 480V 3-phase systems.
- Conduct mechanical maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Diagnose malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repairs.
- Work with PLC systems, motor controls, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
- Operate industrial equipment safely, including forklifts, scissor lifts, and other maintenance tools.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as appropriate.
- 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance
- Mechanical experience with the ability to work on both electrical and combustion motors.
- Proficiency in operating industrial equipment and understanding of equipment safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of 480V 3-phase electrical systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
- Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
- Certification in industrial maintenance or related field is a plus.
