Maintenance Manager

Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities maintenance team. In this role, you'll oversee the upkeep and smooth operation of our manufacturing or industrial facilities, ensuring all equipment and infrastructure are functioning efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is passionate about maintenance management, possesses strong leadership skills, and has a solid background in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and facilities management. Duties

- Lead and supervise maintenance teams to perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance across all facility systems.

- Develop and implement maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment uptime.

- Oversee electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage components, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- Manage mechanical systems by interpreting schematics, troubleshooting issues with tools like ohmmeters, and coordinating repairs.

- Supervise projects related to facility upgrades or new installations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with other departments to plan downtime for maintenance without disrupting production schedules.

Requirements

- Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments.

- Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, HVAC systems, and industrial electrical components.

- Hands-on experience with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities.

- Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical expertise, including high voltage and low voltage systems.

- Familiarity with safety regulations related to industrial facilities and high-voltage equipment.

- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.

- Proficiency in English for clear communication across teams and documentation purposes.
